RookTV VIP Membership Service Agreement

This RookTV VIP Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”) is between you and RookTV (“RookTV” or “We”) regarding your VIP membership and services (the “Service”).

1. Service Description

• 1.1 RookTV VIP Members enjoy exclusive rights as listed on the “VIP Center” page.
• 1.2 Visitor subscriptions are limited and not account-bound.
• 1.3 RookTV may adjust or modify membership rights, benefits, pricing, and video availability as needed.

2. Membership and Subscription

• 2.1 You are responsible for keeping your account secure. RookTV is not liable for unauthorized use unless due to its own actions.
• 2.2 Membership info can be viewed via the “VIP Center.”

3. Charge and Cancellation

3.1 Charging Methods and Standards

• Fees vary by region and device.
• Using VPNs to obtain discounts across regions is prohibited.
• Promotional prices are time-limited.

3.2 Refund Policy

• Fees are non-refundable once membership is activated unless required by law or due to defects in the Service.

3.3 Changes to Fees

Prices and methods are subject to change and displayed on the platform during checkout.

3.4 Service Term

Membership duration is fixed and not extended by non-use or interruptions.

3.5 Auto-Renewal

• 3.5.1 Auto-renew charges are deducted 24 hours before expiration.
• 3.5.2 Automatic deductions do not require password confirmation.
• 3.5.3 RookTV may adjust pricing and will notify users of any changes.
• 3.5.4 Unsubscribing stops future charges; no partial refunds.
• 3.5.5 RookTV is not responsible for delays in display or cancellation failures.

4. Service Instructions

• 4.1 Membership grants limited personal-use license only.
• 4.2 Features vary by region and membership type.
• 4.3 Device limits may change.
• 4.4 Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.
• 4.5 Rights may differ due to software or device limitations.
• 4.6 Services are region-bound and may change if you relocate.
• 4.7 Illegal use of content is prohibited.
• 4.8 Video quality may vary by device, network, and region.
• 4.9 Vouchers and activation codes are limited-use and non-refundable.
• 4.10 RookTV is not liable for third-party services.

5. Modification to This Agreement

RookTV may update the Agreement. Continued use means acceptance. You may cancel the service if you disagree with the changes.

6. Suspension and Termination

• 6.1 RookTV is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
• 6.2 Membership may be suspended/terminated for violations.
• 6.3 Orders may be canceled with prior notice.
• 6.4 Failure to enforce a clause does not mean waiver.

7. Privacy Policies

Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we process and protect your personal data.

8. Notices

RookTV may notify you through the app, email, or direct communication. Delivery is considered complete on the day of sending.

9. Governing Law

• 9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
• 9.2 Disputes are to be resolved through negotiation or arbitration in Hong Kong.

10. Miscellaneous

• 10.2 Headings are for convenience only.
• 10.3 In case of conflict, service descriptions prevail.
• 10.4 "Including" means "including but not limited to".
• 10.5 You may not transfer this Agreement. RookTV may transfer it.
• 10.6 Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
• 10.7 This is the Entire Agreement unless RookTV states otherwise.
